MBR 101: Introduction to Myofascial Bio Rejuvenation (8 CE)

The Introduction to Myofascial Bio Rejuvenation course is a foundational exploration of fascial dysfunction designed to help you become a more skilled, confident, and results-driven clinician. Through detailed anatomical instruction and step-by-step MBR techniques, you'll learn how to identify where the body is stuck, inflamed, or restricted — and how to restore it to a healthy, functional state.

This 8-CE course addresses the most common soft tissue conditions seen in clinical practice, including postural imbalances, fascial adhesions, chronic inflammation, reduced flexibility, and recurring pain patterns in the back, neck, shoulders, and arms. Whether your clients are dealing with acute injuries, chronic pain, or longstanding movement restrictions, this course gives you practical tools you can apply immediately in your practice.

MBR 101 is the gateway to the Myofascial Bio Rejuvenation program and an ideal addition to the skill set of professionals working in massage therapy, structural integration, sports medicine, physical therapy, and movement-based disciplines. If you want to move beyond surface-level work and deliver lasting, measurable tissue change, this course provides the clinical framework to get there.

In this course, you will learn how to:

  • Identify where the body is stuck, inflamed, or restricted in flexibility and postural alignment
  • Use MBR techniques to restore circulation and release subcutaneous and deeper fascial layers
  • Choose the most effective approach for different types of fascial restrictions
  • Apply targeted treatment protocols for common pain patterns in the back, neck, shoulders, and arms
  • Evaluate and assess tissue quality before, during, and after an MBR session
  • Work efficiently with protective techniques to prevent overuse injuries in yourself
  • Bring tissues back to a homeostatic state using restorative MBR methodology
